Great products I found Yerba mate pipore that was unexpected. Prices reasonable and nice people.
Pita - really liked this ; unsure if they make it or buy it fron elsewhere Hummus - to me it had a rather strong tahini like flavor ; unsure if it has that or something else ; was still really good but unexpected Baba gaboush - also really good ; unsure if they use mayo/cream or something else, but it is rich and delicate Only complain is it is on the pricier side (I'd say comparable to what you'd pay at a restaurant with slightly larger quanties)
I absolutely love this place. I posted a review on their Jerusalem Kitchen Yelp but now posting on here to. The Chicken shawarma plate is absolutely delicious!!! I could eat it 3 times a week easy. The rice is so full of flavor. The homemade hot sauce is beyond delicious! I could use on everything! The salad that comes with it is so fresh and flavorful. I get my plate with baba ganoush instead of hummus, It is my absolute favorite! Please go and try this amazing fresh food made by very friendly family owned people. I can't say enough about this place.

Very friendly establishment. Great prices. Great staff. My first time there and they treat you like family. For somebody that doesn't understand everything they explained what the food was. Very helpful. And the kitchen attached to the grocery store has very impressive food.
This family owned place is amazing with super friendly staff and they always go out of their way to ensure an excellent customer service satisfaction. Their food is delicious and fresh and homemade. Today, Jerusalem Grocery turned 1 years old and they had a layout for people to try. The first I had their homemade Turkish Salsa and fresh Pita. They now have more homemade products and vegetables. This was so good I had to get the Red and then the green salsa. Homemade Falafel came out later which was probably the best I have ever had. Then came the homemade Tabouli which was outstanding. This place is only getting better.
I am glad to see this gem open up nice and close to my house. They have a great selection of middle eastern food and the owner is very friendly and helpful. I hope this begins a long relationship for all my tasty needs.
I just visited this store for the first time. All I really needed was rose water, but instead I left with many more fun things to try like non-alcoholic drinks, candy, their homemade yogurt (which is smooth as silk!!) & hummus, some special water from Saudia Arabia just because...and to top it all off, a really nice guy named Gabriel took me around the store to explain their products. After checking out, he took me over to a little table & gave me delicious coffee to try & baklava. He sat down & talked with me & 2 other new shoppers. Let me tell you, I had a very bad work day & walked in the store in a bad mood. However, when I left, I had true peace ! He was just the most pleasant man I have ever met! He even carried my sacks out for me. This kind of store is exactly what Omaha needs...somewhere that feels like a home & if you have had a bad day & need some groceries, just go here to shop & then sit. I will definitely continue to support this place !! I really hope this place does well & that they continue to get a lot of stuff in!! If Jesus shopped here, I believe He would be happy with the products, but especially the example that these people set...to extend a warm welcome to everyone & literally have people sit at your table!!
